3D Printing Service for Production and Prototype Parts

You upload your STL or STEP file. You pick a material and a quantity. A person reviews your request and follows up by email. If you say yes, we print and ship from the US.

Most jobs ship in three to five business days. We do not use a quote form that sits in a queue for a week. We do not push every order to the most expensive process. We use FDM as the main process because it fits most parts, ships fast, and scales without tooling.

If you have an NDA, send it with the quote request. We sign and return within one business day.

Mid-volume orders are our sweet spot. You can place a pilot run today, a production run next month, and a reorder the month after. The same STL file every time. No new setup, no new tooling, no new drawings. Each run is priced when you place it, and a bigger run costs less per unit.

We do not need you to commit to ten thousand units up front. Print one hundred. See if they work. Reorder when sales prove the part. Your instant PLA and PETG price holds for 30 days. A reviewed quote for other materials shows its own valid-until date.

We print PLA, PETG, ABS, PA-CF, and TPU. PLA and PETG price instantly online. ABS, PA-CF, and TPU go through a fast human quote. PETG covers most production work. PA-CF is for parts that need real strength. TPU is for parts that need to flex. PLA is for visual prototypes. ABS is for parts that need to take heat.

Prototype runs of one to forty-nine parts ship in three to five business days. Larger runs order online at the tiered per-part price, or go to a person for review. On a reviewed run, a person quotes the lead time and gives you a date before you pay.

Expedited production is a request. A person emails you a price and a date before anything starts.

FDM parts typically hold about plus or minus 0.5 percent, with a floor near plus or minus 0.5 mm. We do not certify a tolerance number on a quote. Tell us your critical dimensions on the quote and we will hit them or flag the trade-off before we print.

Every part ships as printed, with visible layer lines. We do not offer smoothing, sanding, vapor finishing or paint. Most buyers ship as-printed anyway, because the layer lines do not change how the part works.

Your private order page keeps the file from that order. Reorders take three clicks. Instant prices and saved projects hold for 30 days. A reviewed quote shows its own valid-until date.
