Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to quote and make your parts. That means your uploaded files, the part details you pick, and your contact and shipping info when you order.

We store your email and order history so your private order link can reorder fast. You never need an account. If you want one, signing in is a link we email you, not a password we store. We do not sell your data.

We use your files to price your part, print it, and ship it. We do not share your files with anyone outside the vendors that help fulfill your order. We sign a mutual NDA on request.

We use trusted services to run the business. Stripe handles card payments, so your card details go to Stripe, not to us. A large US print farm prints and ships your parts.

We use a database service to store orders and an email service to send confirmations and updates. Each one only gets the data it needs to do its job.

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages people visit and where they stop. It sets cookies in your browser and counts things like page views, quotes started, and orders placed. We use it to improve the site.

We do not use this data to track you across other websites, and we do not sell it. We do not send your name, your email, your file names or your order numbers to it. That is enforced in our own code, which drops any measurement event carrying details like those.

We ship inside the United States only, so we do not show a cookie consent banner. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site still works.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, fix it, or delete it. Email quotes@3dprinterondemand.com and we will help.

We keep order records as long as we need them for support and taxes. We may update this policy over time. The version on this page is the one that applies. See our terms of service too.
