Terms of Service

3D Printer on Demand runs a US-based FDM 3D printing service. When you use our site or place an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3D Printer on Demand is a brand of 3D Prints Fast, a registered alternate name of Stratford Wood Works LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

You upload a file and see a flat per-part price. That price is the price you pay. We hold it for 30 days and we do not reprice your order after you buy.

Some parts need a human quote, like PA-CF, TPU, large jobs, or a custom material. We reply to those within four business hours. An order is final once you pay or approve it.

You keep all rights to your files. You are telling us that you own the design or have the right to print it. We use your files only to quote and make your parts.

We sign a mutual NDA on request. See our NDA page for how that works.

We do not print items that break the law or take someone else’s rights. This includes working firearms and firearm parts, illegal items, and designs you do not have the right to make. We may decline an order that fails this check.

If a part comes out wrong because of how we printed it, we reprint it free. This is the warranty we offer. We do not promise a part will fit a use we did not review.

FDM parts are strong and functional. They have light layer lines, which is normal. See our refund policy for how we handle a problem order.

We are not liable for losses beyond the amount you paid for the order. We may update these terms over time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
