3D Printing Pricing: One Flat Per-Part Price

You want a fair price. You want the part to work. Those goals are not in conflict. We use FDM because it scales well, costs less than the alternatives, and prints in real engineering polymers.

We do not pad the quote. The per-part number you see covers the material, the print, and packaging. Domestic shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, shown before you pay. No customs, no import fees. Very heavy orders over 50 lb get a freight quote. If your part needs extra work, we list that work as a separate line item on the quote.

We show one flat price per part. As your order grows, the per-part price drops. One to nine parts sits at our base rate. Ten to forty-nine costs a little less each. Fifty to two hundred forty-nine, then two hundred fifty to nine hundred ninety-nine, then one thousand and up each drop again.

The instant quote applies the right tier for you the moment you set your quantity. You never do the math. You just see the per-part price and the order total.

PLA and PETG sit in the same low cost band. PETG-CF costs a little more than plain PETG, and OPM a little more again, which is the trade for a plastic built to sit outside. ABS sits in the middle. PA-CF sits at the top because carbon-fiber-filled nylon costs more per kilogram and prints slower.

TPU sits above PETG and below PA-CF. TPU prints slowly, which adds machine time to the cost.

Four moves drop per-unit cost without dropping quality. Move to a higher volume tier when you can. Pick PETG instead of PA-CF when strength is not the issue. Hollow the part where the design allows. Avoid finishing steps your buyer does not need.

We will flag these on your quote if they apply. If a smaller change to the part saves twenty percent on cost, we tell you.
