Starting with: An existing part. A broken or worn part can be measured and rebuilt. Both halves of a broken part are better than one. If you cannot mail it, photos with a caliper in the shot are the next best thing.
In the notes, say what machine the part is on and what the part does. We do not make parts that hold pressure, in water, air, hydraulic fluid or refrigerant. We do not make parts that carry or touch drinking water in a supply system. Everything else, a person checks.
A person replies within 4 business hours with a yes or no, questions if needed, and a price for the redraw and the print as separate lines.
